Luminox 0201.BO

I recieved my 0201 BlackOut Luminox watch nowadays and that i should say i am not as impressed with it as others. i believe the Casio G-Shock series watches are engineered higher, have a lot of options and value less. That said, this watch is fairly massive, measuring two inches horizontally across and one 3/4" vertically. I actually have to place the band on to the second-to-last notch for it to suit my wrist. As a 'thin' 40+ year recent male (with a two.25" wrist width) this watch virtually makes me appear as if a toddler sporting an adults watch. i believe the Casio G-Shock G300-3AV fits my wrist higher (1.75" x 1.5") and features a nicer band, however it solely stays illuminated within the dark for a brief time, using the old style 'charged by light' illumination system from the 70's and a button press to illumine the watch briefly. The Luminox illumination is way higher and can keep readable notwithstanding how long it's been left within the dark and it's 'dressier.' I do feel that the Luminox wrist strap is much too stiff and, a minimum of in my case, causes the watch to maneuver and constantly try and spin my wrist. If the watch band were a lot of versatile, or if the watch band was pre-curved, just like the Casio G-Shock G300-3AV, i might be hard-pressed to seek out something negative to mention concerning the watch. i will be able to try and notice another band for it, except for this value, I should not need to. The watch very has no special options to talk of, thus i do not perceive what all the fuss is concerning. The smaller watch face of the Casio G-Shock G300-3AV combined with the higher watch band and cheaper value create it a lot of appealing to me.
