I own many TAGs, Breitlings, Omega, Citizen, Torgoen, and Tissot. this is often my 1st Luminox, and that i bought it mainly for the novelty of the Tritium illumination vials - everybody ought to have a minimum of one H3 watch in their assortment. The case back is secured to the case by four screws. The crown appears to be plastic or maybe composite, and it doesn't screw down. If the crown was a screw down, eventually users would strip the plastic screw threads. thus this crown pushes in and pulls out. this might be a priority for preventing moisture getting into the watch, but Luminox rates the watch smart to a 200M depth. take care your crown is pushed in well before you are taking to water or maybe wash your hands. The band could be a typical Polyurethane strap that appears well created and offers many adjustment for wrists massive or little. watch out though - I even have seen these varieties of straps be destroyed by some bug sprays/bug lotions. The north strap contains a Luminox emblem molded in. The buckle is chrome steel, contains a stamped Luminox emblem, and has double tangs of chrome steel. Once concern is that the strap is 23mm. this can build finding replacement straps troublesome, as 23mm isn't a preferred size for watch straps. The mineral crystal is extremely clear, however it positive would be nice (and additional expensive) if the watch had the more durable sapphire crystal.
